Lasagna Recipe

  • Lasagna 1 packet
  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Tomato puree 1 tin
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Onions 2 sliced
  • Brinjals 4 sliced
  • Tomatoes 3 sliced
  • Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For white sauce:
  • Milk 1 liter
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Plain flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot, heat water and boil packet lasagna stripes.
  2. Also add oil to the boiling water.
  3. Rinse with cold water when lasagna is boiled and brush with some oil and keep aside.
  4. In a wok, add mince meat and ginger garlic paste and salt to taste and allow cooking.
  5. When mince meat dries up, add soya sauce, crushed black pepper and tomato ketchup.
  6. In a cooking pot, heat oil and saut plain flour in it.
  7. Put off the flame.
  8. When white sauce looks thicker, let it cool and then add salt to taste and white pepper powder.
  9. Deep fry slices of egg plants.
  10. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped tomatoes, sliced onions, sugar and salt to taste and allow cooking for 5 minutes.
  11. Grate packet mozzarella cheese and packet cheddar cheese.
  12. Grease the base of a baking dish with some sauce and put lasagna strip on it.
  13. Now make a layer of mince meat, fried egg plants, mushrooms, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, vegetable mix and sprinkle ajwain and red chili on top.
  14. Place another lasagna strip and repeat the layers.
  15. Then sprinkle grated cheese and on the very top sprinkle ajwain and red chili flakes.
  16. Bake in a pre heated oven for half an hour.
  17. When the top is a nice golden brown, your lasagna is ready to serve.
